Marckenson Pierre started teaching credit because many of his clients were struggling to get approved for home loans due to poor or insufficient credit. As part of the home-buying process, a strong credit score is often a key requirement for securing financing. Pierre recognized that without addressing this issue, many of his clients couldn’t move forward with purchasing a home. By advising credit information, Pierre helped clients all over Florida improve their credit scores, making it easier for them to qualify for loans, and ultimately helping them become homeowners.
